This activity uses spare wood scraps you or a friend might have lying around. Words from the Bible verse to be learned are attached to small nails hammered into the wood. Different items may be placed onto the nails.
Again, keep in mind the age of the children who will do these activities. These Bible verses are for upper elementary aged children who are good readers. Adapt the Bible verses to the age and reading ability of the children you teach. You can even replace tiny pictures for some of the words.
Tiny nails have been hammered into the wood. I had some large buttons kids use in craft activities outside of Bible class. So, why not write on the buttons with a Sharpie?
